Foreign Language (English) Mediated Courses
Students must take five English (native language or foreign language) mediated courses to graduate.

Certificate in Chinese Character Proficiency
  1. Students must pass the Korea University Test for Certificate in Chinese Character Proficiency, or
  2. Meet the requirement for certified Chinese character proficiency by passing one of the nationally certified tests listed below.

Requirements for Graduation
With respect to certified foreign language (English) and Chinese character proficiency scores, the rules from the previous department are applied. The Freshmen Seminar course is required for students who enrolled after 2013.
-Those who enrolled in 2006-2012 are exempt from the Freshmen Seminar course. They only need to meet the total required credit hours for graduation.
