KOREA UNIVERSITY School of Health Policy and Management

Boasting a history and tradition of more than 100 years, Korea University is acknowledged as the top private university in Korea. Accordingly, the Korea University School of Health Policy and Management is the top school in the field of health policy management, having pursued excellence since its establishment as the Department of Health Administration in 1963. In 2006, the school was reorganized to nurture global leaders in the field of health policy management. In addition, our school has actively participated in the Brain Korea 21 PLUS project led by Professor Haejoo Chung since the 2013 fall semester to improve research and educational environments. In 2014, to seek further development, our school became the current School of Health Policy and Management with support from relevant departments.

Our school is now facing a new turning point. We will continue striving to be a world-class school without resting on our domestic laurels. To that end, by inviting the top faculty in each field and benchmarking the world’s leading universities, we will provide our students with an educational and research environment that enables them to grow into global leaders.
